Refund policy

 

Try Clarity for 30 days. If it's not for you, we'll refund you.

We stand behind every pouch we make. If your first order doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery.

This 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first order with always on — whether that's a one-time purchase or your first subscription shipment. One refund per customer.

Beyond your first order, you're always covered by Australian Consumer Law (more on that below).


What "not satisfied" means

We ask that you give Clarity a fair go before requesting a refund — at least 14 days of consistent use. The way Clarity is designed to work, the benefits build over the first few weeks, and a single serve isn't a fair read on the product.

If you've used Clarity for at least 14 days and it isn't right for you, the guarantee is yours.

 

How to request a refund

Email us at support@getalwayson.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • A short note on your experience

We'll respond within two business days. In some cases we may ask for a little more information to process your claim.

Once approved, we'll let you know whether we'd like the unused portion returned, or whether you can keep or discard it. We make this call case by case.


Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, get in touch within 7 days and we'll arrange a replacement or refund in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Lost in transit

If your tracking shows delivered but the parcel hasn't arrived, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. Most cases are sorted with a replacement.


Return shipping

If we ask for the product back, we'll cover return shipping for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items. For first-order guarantee refunds, return shipping is the customer's responsibility — though as noted above, we often waive the return entirely.


Refund amount

Refunds are for the price you paid, including any discounts applied at checkout. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable. If your order included a free or bonus item, that item may be excluded from the refund or its retail value deducted.

 

Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to finalise. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and the refund hasn't landed, email us and we'll chase it.

 

What isn't covered

The first-order guarantee doesn't extend to:

  • Subsequent subscription shipments after your first
  • Repeat one-time purchases
  • Gift cards
  • Final-sale or clearance items

These exclusions don't affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Subscription orders

If you're a subscriber, you can pause, skip, or cancel any time through your account before the next shipment is processed. Full subscription terms — including billing, modifications, and cancellation — are covered in our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.

 

Chargebacks

If something's gone wrong with your order, please reach out to us first. We'll almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback would. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay your refund and, in rare cases, affect your ability to order from us again.

 

Australian Consumer Law

This policy sits alongside — not in place of — your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You're also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure isn't major. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
