Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship Australia-wide, including to PO Boxes and Australia Post parcel lockers. We don't currently ship internationally.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from Melbourne, typically within two business days of being placed. Orders placed before 12pm AEST/AEDT on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
During peak periods or promotional events, dispatch times may extend slightly. We'll let you know if delays are expected.

Delivery timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated transit times are:
- Standard: up to 5 business days for metro, up to 7 business days for regional
- Express: up to 2 business days for metro, up to 5 business days for regional
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Rural and remote areas may take longer. If you need a more specific estimate for your address, email support@getalwayson.com.au.
Delays can happen — carrier disruptions, weather events, and circumstances outside our control. We'll do what we can to help if your order is affected.
Carrier
Australia Post is our preferred carrier.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Authority to leave
By default, parcels are delivered with Authority to Leave — meaning Australia Post will leave the parcel at the delivery address if they consider it safe to do so. Once a parcel has been marked as delivered (including via Australia Post's Safe Drop), we're unable to take responsibility for it.
If you'd prefer signature on delivery or specific delivery instructions, contact us at support@getalwayson.com.au before your order is dispatched and we'll arrange it where possible.
Address accuracy
You're responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. We can't be held liable for orders delivered to an address you've supplied incorrectly.
If you spot an error, contact us at support@getalwayson.com.au as soon as possible. We'll do what we can, but changes can't always be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the latest estimated delivery date, contact us at support@getalwayson.com.au and we'll work with Australia Post to investigate.
If your tracking shows delivered but the parcel hasn't arrived, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can lodge an investigation while the carrier still has details on file.
Unclaimed or returned parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed at a collection point, refused on delivery, or sent to an incorrect address, we'll get in touch to arrange re-delivery. A re-shipping fee of $6.99 applies for standard re-delivery.
Subscription orders
Subscription orders ship on the same timeframe as one-time purchases — typically within two business days of being processed. Free shipping is based on cart value, not subscription status: subscription orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping the same as any other order.
Public holidays and peak periods
Dispatch and delivery may be slower around public holidays, Christmas, and other peak periods. We'll communicate updated cut-off dates and timeframes by email and on our website ahead of these periods.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong product, please see our Refund & Returns Policy or contact us directly.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or replaces your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including the consumer guarantee that goods will be delivered within a reasonable time.
