Cancellation policy

Purchase options cancellation policy

Last updated: 2 Jun 2026

This policy covers how to manage and cancel orders placed through getalwayson.com.au, including one-time purchases and subscriptions. It sits alongside our Refund & Returns Policy and Terms of Service, which also apply.

1. Two ways to order

You can purchase Clarity as a one-time order or as a subscription. Subscriptions repeat automatically on a 25-day cadence, designed so your next pouch arrives before you run out. Either way, you stay in control of when, how often, and whether to continue.

2. One-time orders

Once you've placed a one-time order, we begin processing it quickly — typically the same business day. If you need to cancel, email us at support@getalwayson.com.au as soon as possible.

We'll cancel your order if we can — but if it's already been processed or dispatched, we won't be able to. You may still be eligible for a refund under our Refund & Returns Policy, or under your rights through Australian Consumer Law.

3. How subscriptions work

When you choose subscription at checkout, you authorise us — through our payment and subscription platforms (Shopify Payments and Recharge) — to charge your nominated payment method on the schedule below, until you cancel.

Your subscription begins on the date you place your order. From there:

  • Your next billing date is set for 25 days after your order date — chosen so your next pouch arrives before you finish the current one
  • Each renewal is billed and dispatched on the same 25-day cadence
  • Your subscription continues automatically until you cancel

Subscription orders ship on the same timeframe as one-time purchases, and the same shipping rates apply — see our Shipping Policy. Free shipping is based on cart value, not subscription status.

4. Managing your subscription

You can manage your subscription anytime through your customer account portal — including:

  • Skipping the next order
  • Pausing the subscription
  • Changing your delivery frequency
  • Changing your shipping address
  • Updating your payment method
  • Cancelling

Links to your subscription portal are included in your order confirmation and renewal reminder emails. If you can't access your portal or need help, email support@getalwayson.com.au and we'll sort it.

5. Skips and pauses

You can skip as many orders as you like and pause your subscription for as long as you need — there's no limit and no expiry. Your subscription stays active in the background until you reactivate it or cancel.

Skipping or pausing doesn't affect your subscription discount when you next order.

6. Renewal reminders

We'll send you a reminder email 3 days before your next subscription order is billed. This gives you time to skip, change, or cancel if you'd like to.

Make sure your email address on file is current so you receive these reminders.

7. Cancelling before your next renewal

To avoid being charged for your next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled billing date. We dispatch quickly after billing, so anything closer to the billing date may not give us enough time to stop the next order from going out.

You can cancel at any time, for any reason, with no fees and no questions asked.

8. After a renewal has been billed

Once a renewal payment has been processed, the order moves into our dispatch queue and we generally can't stop it from shipping. The order will be sent and you can continue or cancel future renewals from your portal.

If a renewal was charged unexpectedly — for example, because a reminder email didn't reach you — get in touch at support@getalwayson.com.au and we'll work with you to find a fair outcome. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this section.

9. First-order money-back guarantee

If you've subscribed and your first order is your first purchase from us, the 30-day money-back guarantee in our Refund & Returns Policy applies to that first shipment.

If we approve a refund under the first-order guarantee, we'll cancel your subscription at the same time so no further shipments are sent. You can resubscribe anytime.

10. Failed payments

If your payment method is declined at renewal, our subscription platform (Recharge) will automatically retry the payment. The retry schedule depends on the type of error. We'll email you if the payment isn't successful after the retries, so you can update your payment method and reactivate your subscription.

11. Returns and faulty goods

Subscription orders are covered by our Refund & Returns Policy and by the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law — including for faulty, damaged, or misdescribed products. See the Refund & Returns Policy for full details.

12. Communications

You'll receive transactional emails relating to your subscription — including renewal reminders, billing notices, and shipping confirmations — for as long as your subscription is active. These continue even if you've opted out of marketing emails, because they're tied to your order and account.

13. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or replaces your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
