“An ADHD diagnosis changed the way I understood my own mind. But the support options I tried never felt like the right fit for me, and the side effects made them difficult to continue. So, for a long time, I went without.
As my career and responsibilities grew, the “ADHD tax” became harder to ignore: always feeling behind, pushing through stress and fatigue, and eventually burning out. I knew I could not keep relying on more effort just to get through the day.
So I began searching for the kind of support I wished existed. After years of research and experimentation, my cofounder Oliver and I spent over 12 months working with experts to turn that idea into Always On.
